Instead of simply stating it works, please provide a real answer, by providing instructions, or provide the link to update the drivers / software. The disk provided with the product produces an error message. The following link provided in the manual does not work: http://www.expandyourworkspace.kensington.com/. I posted questions on your website, and they are not appearing. This is ridiculous. What a waste of my time, effort, and money. Hopefully, I have saved others from this debacle. At least the store has a 15 day return policy. Time to go return. d January 9, 2016
